This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you book a photo shoot, sign up for our email newsletter, make a purchase and attempt to make a purchase from https://www.jonathangarciaphotography.com (the “Site”).

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 

When you book a session, we collect your name, phone, email address and your answers to our photo shoot questionnaire. We refer to this information as “Booking Information.” The information you provide for booking your shoot is deleted within a month of your completed session during a monthly review of this data.

 

When you join our mailing list, we collect your name and email address. We refer to this information as “Email Subscription Information.” The information you provide to sign up for our email newsletter is reviewed every six months. Users who have not opened an email in the previous six months will be unsubscribed and their personal information deleted.

 

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.” The information you provide to make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase will be saved until at most six months after the order was delivered and then deleted.

 

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Booking Information, Email Subscription Information and Order Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

 

We use the Booking Information to schedule, customize and communicate with you regarding your upcoming photo shoot.

 

We use the Email Subscription Information to communicate with you and personalize messages regarding special offers/discounts; updates to the website, products, gallery and blog; as well as giveaways and other promotions and advertisements.

 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
